Great choice for a group getaway!

We stayed in a King Room that was all newly renovated. Looked slick and stylish, just. We got a text from the manager checking in on us soon as we settled in, felt like we mattered, you know?

Pricey, sure but it was still worth it.

The location near the Rivers Casino was a bonus for us. My girlfriend and I enjoyed checking out the nearby shops and dining options. The public areas felt fresh and inviting after the refurbishment, and our Standard Room was both comfortable and clean, making it a delightful stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use more variety. The price didn’t match the cold food we were served.

the crowne plaza has a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. the lobby is bright and clean, and the staff were very friendly. the fitness facilities were helpful for staying active during our stay. overall, it's a well-kept hotel.

The room was newly renovated and super stylish. Really spacious with a comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Loved that it was quiet since the bed was away from the door. The mini-fridge and coffee maker were handy, too. Only downside was the bathroom got steamy, could definitely use a fan.
